Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of CLOSE (the “App”) and this website, provided by Sheridan Point LLC, a Georgia limited liability company doing business as Siyata Studio (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. Apple’s Standard EULA

The App is licensed, not sold, to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). These Terms supplement the Standard EULA; if they conflict, the Standard EULA controls with respect to the App. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it.

2. The App

CLOSE helps you plan daily outreach to people in your professional network. It suggests whom to contact and drafts openers; you decide what to send and send it yourself through Apple’s Messages, Mail or Phone apps. You are responsible for your communications, including compliance with the rules of professional conduct and advertising or solicitation rules that apply to you. CLOSE does not provide legal advice.

3. CLOSE Pro subscriptions

• CLOSE Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription offered at $14.99 per month or $119 per year (US prices; local prices may vary) and may include a 14-day free trial for eligible new subscribers.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Manage or cancel in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. Purchases, trials, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms; we do not see your payment details.

4. Free tier

Some features are available without a subscription, including the daily Game Plan for a network of up to 10 people. We may change which features are free or paid in future versions.

5. Your data

Your network data is stored on your device as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for backing up your device and for having the right to store the contact information you add.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the App to send spam or unlawful messages, to violate anyone’s privacy, or to reverse engineer or misuse the App except as permitted by law.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost business or referrals. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms; the date above will change when we do. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it and cancelling any subscription.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
